Bootcamp Dynamite Powered by Workout Muse Interval Training Music- 50-10 Five Exercise Circuit
Alternate between 50 s of work and 10 s of rest for each exercise in the following five-exercise circuit. Repeat for 20 total minutes:
1-Rotational Back Pillar Variation
2- Alligator Push-up Variation
3- TRX Balance Lunge Variation
4- Standing Upper Body Twists Variation
5- Total Extension Variation
