20-10 Total Body Blast

Here’s a great 20-10 Total Body Blast using Ultimate Tabatas interval workout music Powered by Workout Muse. Perform 20-10 for each station for 8 total rounds followed by a 1-minute rest and transition between stations:

1- Squat Superset- Band Front Squats/Bodyweight Squats

2- Push/Pull Superset- TRX Suspended Bicep Curls/Triceps Extensions

3- Single-Leg Superset- Single-Leg Deadlift L/R

4- Ropes- Squat Waves

The great thing about the TRX suspension trainer is that it takes ordinary isolation exercises like curls and triceps extensions and makes them more total body with lots of great core stabilization benefits!

Here’s a great total body fat loss workout using my favorite 5-station format and the 50-10 interval training music. My clients had a lot of fun with the TRX Muscle-up, be sure to check out this cool move for yourself in the video below ;)

Bootcamp Dynamite- 50-10 Five-Exercise Circuit

Alternate between 50 s of work and 10 s of rest for all 5 exercises in the following circuit. Repeat for up to 20 minutes:

1- Unstable Side Pillar Variation

2- Off-Bench/Chair Dip Variation

3- TRX Muscle-up Variation

4- Single-Leg Good Morning Variation

5- Band Front Squats Variation

Bootcamp Workout Music for Total Body Workout

Hey {!firstname},
Last week my campers met their maker with 2 workouts in particular.
Today I am going to challenge to muster up the strength to try these 2 total body workouts on for size.
Try alternating between the done-for-you Workout A and B with at least a day of rest between workouts as outlined below:
Total Body Workout A

50-10 Five-Exercise Circuit
(50 seconds on, 10 s off)

1- Ankle Jumps
2- Judo Push-up
3- Stability Ball Single-Leg Squat
4- Back Pillar Chest Press
5- Side Pillar Band Rows
