Semi-Private Training 60-30 Strength-Cardio Supersets Metabolic Workout

Last night after we finished the second day of the first ever Bootcamp Automator LIVE event, a couple of the attendees stayed afterwords for a special semi-private training style workout with yours truly to finish off the day with a bang.
We used ropes, med balls, TRX, kettlebells, and valslides… it was total carnage.
The template was 60-30 Strength-Cardio Supersets, a soundtrack in the upcoming Bootcamp Automator LIVE July content.
I get a lot of questions on how I would modify a bootcamp workout for semi-private training and this video pretty much shows you how:

The smaller 2-6 person group format allows for use of more equipment, greater use of the training floor, and of course… cooler exercise options ;)
