Here’s a great total body fat loss workout using my favorite 5-station format and the 50-10 interval training music. My clients had a lot of fun with the TRX Muscle-up, be sure to check out this cool move for yourself in the video below ;)

Bootcamp Dynamite- 50-10 Five-Exercise Circuit

Alternate between 50 s of work and 10 s of rest for all 5 exercises in the following circuit. Repeat for up to 20 minutes:

1- Unstable Side Pillar Variation

2- Off-Bench/Chair Dip Variation

3- TRX Muscle-up Variation

4- Single-Leg Good Morning Variation

5- Band Front Squats Variation
