		<description>That workout was brutal especially at the end when we had to alternate between the bear crawl Val-slide pushes and the TRX jump squats. My legs were on fire during the last round!

My hamstrings are sore today! 

Awesome workout though, and a great group of guys to train with. Jeremy was tearing it up on those jump squats - he must have forgotten it was a 60-second set! After the first 15 seconds of those jumps I know he was hurting bad!</description>
