Last night after we finished the second day of the first ever Bootcamp Automator LIVE event, a couple of the attendees stayed afterwords for a special semi-private training style workout with yours truly to finish off the day with a bang.
We used ropes, med balls, TRX, kettlebells, and valslides… it was total carnage.
The template was 60-30 Strength-Cardio Supersets, a soundtrack in the upcoming Bootcamp Automator LIVE July content.
I get a lot of questions on how I would modify a bootcamp workout for semi-private training and this video pretty much shows you how:
The smaller 2-6 person group format allows for use of more equipment, greater use of the training floor, and of course… cooler exercise options

That workout was brutal especially at the end when we had to alternate between the bear crawl Val-slide pushes and the TRX jump squats. My legs were on fire during the last round!
My hamstrings are sore today!
Awesome workout though, and a great group of guys to train with. Jeremy was tearing it up on those jump squats – he must have forgotten it was a 60-second set! After the first 15 seconds of those jumps I know he was hurting bad!
