In our boot camps and my own personal workouts, we typically alternate between the following interval workout music templates:
1.) 50-10 Five Exercise Circuit from Bootcamp Dynamite powered by Workout Muse (for more more info please visit Best Bootcamp Workout Music)
2.) 20-10 Ultimate Tabatas powered by Workout Muse (for more more info please visit Tabata Interval Training Workout Music)
3.) 30-30 Five Exercise Circuit from 30-30 Mayhem powered by Workout Muse (coming soon in September 2009!!!)
However, it’s great to change it up on occasion and one of my favorite change-up templates is the continuous 30’s circuit featuring reggaeton interval workout music.

Reggaeton is the perfect workout music for high-intensity interval training due to it's fast-paced tempo and movement-inspiring rhythmic audio arrangements!
Check out the following 20-minute total body circuit training workout using this template below:
Continuous 30’s Circuit Featuring Reggaeton Workout Music
Station#1- Upper Body Circuit: 5 minutes
1- DB Shoulder Presses @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
2- DB Bicep Curls @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
3- DB Push-ups @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
4- DB Push-up Rows @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
30 s rest and then repeat
Station#2- Core Circuit: 5 minutes
1/3- Stability Ball Hip Extension Leg Curl @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
2/4- Stability Ball Leg Raises @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
30 s rest and then repeat
Station#3- Lower Body Circuit: 5 minutes
1/3- Double Lunge (left leg) @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
2/4- Double Lunge (right leg) @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
30 s rest and then repeat
Station#4- Core Circuit: 5 minutes
1/3- Unstable Spiderman Mountain Climbers @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
2/4- Unstable Squat Thrusts @ 30 s work, 0 s rest
30 s rest and then repeat
This workout is a real gut check, so beware.
