<description>Glad you all liked it, thanks!

Dave, this is what we did (though there are a ton of different interval protocols that fit):

we partnered the campers up, and then one would do the cardio exercise for distance up and back down the hill while the other would do max reps or a max hold for a core exercise during the time it took his/her partner to complete the cardio exercise... and then they switch.

Continuous Work Zone#1- Max Rounds for Time in 10 Minutes

1	Core- Upper Body Twist
2	Cardio- Bear Crawl

Continuous Work Zone#2- Max Rounds for Time in 10 Minutes

1	Core- Rotational Hill Push-ups
2	Cardio- Monster Walk

We use 2 different 10-minute continuous work soundtracks powered by Workout Muse that provide 1-minute updates to pace the workout and have people focus on accomplishing as much work as possible (density) within that time frame.

We&#039;ll be releasing more of these type of tracks in the months to come ;)

crank it!

<description>BJ, My Group just finish up 8-weeks of Hill Sprints. Looks like the next thing will be alternative exercises up and down the Hill. I can&#039;t wait to spring this workout on them.

<description>no doubt Mike! My wife Naomi and I did the same workout after the campers left and it tore us up ;)

I love these alternative exercises using the hill- bear crawls and monster walks are great for systemic strength and mobility and help progress our clients into eventually doing all-out sprints up and down the hill

send me a video bro, love to see other&#039;s get after it ;)

crank it!

		<description>BJ,

I don&#039;t know what is worse, the 6am killer workout or the hill!! (I&#039;m not a morning person, lol). I&#039;ve always ran sprints up and down a hill, but never thought about bear crawls, lunges or pushups. Def going to give that a try during my next hill workout!</description>
