Multi-Vector Partner Band Training with Interval Workout Music

Multi-Vector Partner Band Training with Interval Workout Music

Fitness Band Bootcamp

Life is all about teaching and training the body how to handle multi-force vectors.  Think about how many times you are reaching forward while taking a step forward.  Think about skiing, throwing, running, or simple daily actives.  All of these are multi-force vector activities.

I realize for the average fitness enthusiast, working out is all they are concerned with.  I can understand that, but if I told you that by implementing multi-force vector workouts you would burn twice as many calories, improve your overall “real world strength” quicker, work simultaneously on cardio at the same time you are getting stronger and make your workout more time efficient, I think you would be interested.

Well that is what Partner Band Multi-vector training will do!!

The key to implementing this is first making sure you have the following in place first:

1.  Make sure you have mastered the exercises individually first

2.  Make sure you have a willing partner

3.  Give yourself at least 10-30 sec to transition (50-10 or 30-30) works best

4.  Choose easier exercises at first.

5.  Make sure both you and your partner understand holding leverage

6.  Keep band strength low and training high reps high initially

7.  Use time based sets not rep based sets. Use any Workout Muse Interval Workout Music!

Getting started

Using a strength – run combination is always the easiest and the most metabolically effective place to start.

Good free band strength drills to use are:

High pulls – Push press – Horizontal push – Hammer curl – Front squat

As for running I recommend you start out with shuffling or backpedaling because it allows partners to visually watch each other.  This is important when first learning how to hold and workout at the same time.

Using Workout Muse makes the entire work seamless once you and your partner kicked in.

My recommendation is you start with 30-30 to make transition easy and then crank it up to 50-10 once you and your partner have it down.

So if you think you have resistance band training down, take it up to another level and get after some multi-force vector Partner Band Training.

Good Luck and Keep Training beyond the contraction everyone
