Men’s Health Magazine recently came out with their top 10 list of the best gyms in America.
They rated THE TOP GYM Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning based in Winchester, MA.
Guess what Mike Boyle uses in his gym?
Interval Workout Music powered by Workout Muse!
Coach Boyle recently shared an article with me outlining how he uses interval training music from Bootcamp Dynamite.
Please read below for an brief excerpt from the 130-page bootcamp dynamite training manual which includes both Mike Boyle’s article on stretching and mobility circuits, plus some other warm-up applications using the 50-10 interval training format:
Other Bootcamp Dynamite Programming Considerations
All of the following options/modifications below can be applied to 50-10 Five-Exercise Circuit format:
I. Warm-up Circuits: Mobility and Activation Emphasis
The great thing about the 50-10 format is that is has endless fitness applications. In fact, Mike Boyle, world famous strength coach and owner of the top gym in America according to Men’s Health, incorporates Bootcamp Dynamite powered by Workout Muse for the mobility and activation work for his elite athletes.
Mike Boyle LOVES WM for his athletes!
“I have been using the audio interval training soundtracks powered by Workout Muse for our mobility and activation circuits and it has made a huge difference in my ability to coach. Instead of having to look at the clock, I can focus on supervising and motivating my athletes- getting people in the right position- and the music does all of the work for me by telling them exactly what to do. I highly recommend you download some tracks and try it out today… it will make you a better coach!”
Below is a great article from Coach Boyle himself about his static stretching and mobility circuits using our 50-10 interval workout music:
Static Stretching and Mobility Circuits
By Michael Boyle of http://www.strengthcoach.com
Kerry, one of our UK members, asked about stretching and mobility circuits. For my Boston University Hockey Team we foam roll, do a 10-station static stretch circuit and then a 10-station mobility circuit prior to each workout.
We also use the 50-10 interval workout music from Bootcamp Dynamite powered by Workout Muse. Though these audio interval training soundtracks are originally made for fitness boot camps they are the perfect fit for this application. The audio instructions let me focus on coaching. The actual exercises are listed below:

1- Hamstring (switch legs halfway)
2- Hip Flexor (switch legs halfway)
3- Table Hip Rotator (switch legs halfway)

This blog rocks! I gotta say, that I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks,
