When I think of kettlebell training, I get into a mindset
that it's time to lift heavy. Of course when it's time
to lift heavy you need the appropriate music selection to
go along with your kettlebell training workout.

The 30-30 Mayhem interval training music soundtrack from Workout Muse
works perfectly as a substitute for our kettlebell training workout
music.

Additionally, the 30-30 Mayhem track is perfect for workouts
that I do with my coaches. I plan several workouts a month
with our coaches, so I can make sure they are doing the
kettlebell exercises properly.

The 30-30 mayhem track works perfectly for this. During
the typical 30 second work period I instruct the exercises
as they do them. This way they can hear the verbal cues as
they perform the movements in real time.

During the typical 30 second rest period our coaches
instruct me on the kettlebell exercises. This gives them
a chance to reinforce their coaching cues in an environment
similar to when they are working with our clients.

You can't really hear what we're saying in the video below
but using the 30-30 mayhem track for our kettlebell training fitness
music allows our coaches to learn how to cue effectively by
not always having to look at the clock:

***YOU ARE LISTENING TO THE 30-30 ROCK TRACK FROM 30-30 MAYHEM, SET
TO LAUNCH IN SEPTEMBER (SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFO!)

This one alternates through the following exercises:

-Heavy Kettlebell Snatches (switching at the halfway mark)
-Double Kettlebell Front Squats
-Heavy Kettlebell Swings
-Double Kettlebell Push Presses

The 30-30 mayhem track is by far the best interval workout music
soundtrack powered by Workout Muse for our kettlebell training
fitness music needs.

We went through this one 5 times.

The rest period matches the work period but if you’re using heavy enough weights you should definitely be feeling it.

    Thanks Dave!
