hey Dave,

I use 20-10 Tabatas (and other tabata variations) and 30-30's a lot for my personal workouts... however I just find 50-10's to be the best format for a boot camp workout, I also like 20-10 Tabatas for boot camps too... 30-30's have too much downtime, people like to keep moving, but I love them for my personal workouts and are ideal for more of an athlete populaton...

In fact, our next to products are ULTIMATE TABATAS and 30-30 MAYHEM, in production as we speak...

thanks for posting!

All your posts are great, BJ, and this one is no exception. I was thinking along the same line as you. My blog post today was to help cyclists avoid the dreaded mid-season slump. We'll get better if we keep our workouts different, keep them fresh and keep oursleves rested. And these ideas apply to all athltes, not just cyclists, as you pointed out so clearly. Thanks!

You nailed it again BJ. My ladies LOVED the 50-10s this morning. There was definitely an explosion at my boot camp this a.m.
