Actually, for a killer bare bones workout for boot camps, we would just do circuit 3 with bodyweight exercises 3-5x through... it leaves people wiped!

Even if there is not subs for those I&#039;d think that if you did circuits 1 and 3 a couple of times that you&#039;d be on the floor.
