		<description>I did the whole first part of the workout, but didn&#039;t have ropes to do the finisher. So.... I did some sprints outside with my dogs :) (yes, even at 38 wks pregnant)
I was at home working on a presentation and used this workout for my mid-day break. Thanks for a good time! I look forward to the next workout!</description>
