This was a very creative workout!  Some of these exercises looked really challenging and I can see why / how they&#039;d burn additional calories just from the proprioceptive / stability point of view, which would cause the fight or flight mode to switch on, for fear of losing balance or getting hurt, which should be a non-issue if workout is performed under control.

		<description>Seems like all the stress would be concentrated on your left side BJ since the band is attached to that side and everything you do is positioned that way. Would you have to switch and do all of that holding the RIP with the band oriented in your right hand? I would think so.</description>
