David Lee #5
Challenging and Effective!
I am thorn between Dave and David Lee!!!!
Nah, David Lee it is!!
Funk Roberts gets it done right!!!
Dave Lee kills it with that workout. Burpees into the box jump?!?!?
David Lee is serious about his workout. He knows whats up!
David Lee. Real Deal
I vote for David Lee as the best – that workout is by far the most intense!!
I liked Kevin Nicoles…it looked like you would get a full body workout without anything but your body!!!! So you could do it anywhere! Very limited space but an intense workout.
By far David Lee….Real Deal…INTENSE and wow what a challenge!
David Lee is hard and encouraging! Hardest workout I’ve ever done.
David Lee Is defInitely the REAL SPARTACUS!
Coming from my wife… she says you need to work harder:) The truth is everyone did awesome on here and thanks to BJ for putting it together.
I am so torn between Dave S and David L. I would have to say Dave S wins the Spartacus Challenge using bands.
Dave Lee! Workouts are some of the best I have ever done.
My voto goes to Nick for making an amazingly difficult workout with just bodyweigh. You know Spartans did not train with nor had any dumbbells, kettlebels and other props.
