    Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to pass on my personal endorsement for Boot Camp Automator, as it has saved me so much time….and you know the old saying “Time is Money”.

Like I said in my video testimonial, we’ve come to expect a lot from BJ when it comes to introducing a new product and Boot Camp Automator will not disappoint.

The cost is another selling point, as it’s so inexpensive, compared to all you get.

    Hi BJ,

I use Workout Muse but I’m concerned about one thing. I don’t use it for every workout because my camp ladies get bored with the same approach to the camp. I have a system, but I also give my coaches freedom in designing creative workouts. So, I use Muse every so often to spice up our routines and always have something different up my sleeve. Will Automator help systematize things, yet not make things redundant? I’d love to have things automated but don’t want to sacrifice creativity.

Hope I didn’t insult your Muse… I like it, but just feel like I can’t use it for EVERY workout.

    Priscilla

    Hey BJ,

Hope you’re doing great & I just wanted to say that the Bootcamp Automator sounds like a great idea.

My question is what is the best way to keep your boot campers motivated and keep the retention rates high if the workouts are on “automatic” and you’re not there to inspire and keep those relationships going strong?

Thanks BJ & looking forward to the webinar on Monday!

  4. Montique says:

    BJ,
Workout Muse is the best thing since slice bread.

I saw in your video that you pulled out your phone, my only question is what phones are compatible with Boot Camp Automator? Thanks.

  5. I have spent the last 14 months creating a perfect boot camp program using body weight but there has always been an element missing. Workouts are great and clients are getting better results faster then I could have ever hoped for. I figured out that missing element is music to fit the exercise. So what I would like to know is can I add my own workouts to the automator and if so, is there an interval setting that can change the music or tempo with the exercises?

    All the best,

    Matt

  6. Tony says:

I currently have one boot camp and am looking to expand. I’m looking to leverage my time and make things easier for myself. I am interested in the best places to find trainers, training them, and how to pay them (contractor vs. Employee and how much)

I’m also interested in any business systems that will make my life easier.

    Thanks,

    Tony

If you have a camp full of people at different fitness levels…

How do you know to correct progressive interval structure for campers each week?

    Thanks,

  8. Hey BJ,

Boot Camp Automator sounds great. My question is how can I make sure that while my boot camps are automated that there is still some sense of originality. I don’t want my boot campers to already know what workout they are doing after we do the first exercise.

    Thanks BJ,

    Kevin Valluzzi

  9. Alan Smith says:

Boot camp Automator sounds like an awesome idea. Really looking forward to it…and blowing up even more in 2010! I work with alot of athletes…any plans on possibly a few more sport specific workouts. Some of my kids who are going to division 1 schools absolutely love it.But would love to get more coaches and parents on board…oh well, it’ll happen. Keep up the Great work I really appreciate it.

    Thank you,
    Alan Smith

ps.Like someone else said I think… can we add some of our own exercises?

  10. Nathan Cragg says:

How do you limit soreness during the first few weeks of a new camper. Sometimes I forget how effective my workouts are and it ends up crushing people. My girlfriend was sore for a week…..And the worst part is she was barely breathing hard so I had no idea.

  11. Jontue Ezell says:

    Hello,
First off, I just want to say that I love the work you do and the information that you share! Keep up the good work!
My question is, how do you incorporate your nutritional system into your bootcamps and get them to work. We all know that without clients getting the proper nutrition they will never totally achieve the results they are looking for. So, how do you get everyone on track with your nutrition plan for all of your camps?
    Thanks,

  12. Justin says:

    Hi BJ,

Awesome stuff mate with Workout Muse, your bootcamp info products and the Automator! You have inspired me so much over the past few weeks. Thank you. I am just about to kick start a Bootcamp legacy in Australia, take over the scene here. I am definitely interested in implementing some of your systems and workouts as part of it.

My questions are the same as above, I’d like to personalise it a bit for my own clients and trainers every now and then, would we be able to do that? i love the idea though and your workouts. But can we send our trainers videos of us doing our own exercises/drills?

Thanks again, looking forward to meeting you one day.
    Keep up the good work,
    Justin.

Automating the sales system would be really nice!

Now that I am not teaching my classes I need to make sure we are still converting them.
As our numbers are not yet that high we do let people join mid phase!. Athough we plan to stop that by april!

Still need to get better at this!

    Thanks

  14. thanks all idias for you

  15. Hey BJ!

I am strickly here to give this my 110% endorsement!

It was a few months ago that you started working on this and asked me my thoughts and feedback. I was all for it then and now!

If you are looking to make your life easier as a boot camp instructor then BootCamp Automator is a must have!

BJ is key at making sure there are progressions and regressions for every exercise so that all fitness levels are accomodated. The guess work is taken out of it for you and your instructors. All you need to do is implement the program!

    Keep it coming brother!

I love the idea of the boot camp automator. does it work in categories for example pick an exercise for pushing-pulling, ect. and then send that to your trainers–I also want to keep the bootcamp fresh and original everytime-my clients have told me that is what they really enjoy they never feel as though they do the same workout.
    thanks great work

  17. BJ,

I love all of the workout muse products. I am excited to learn more about this system.

How does Bootcamp Automator work in conjunction with the workout muse programs or does it even work with them?

    Heath

  18. Sara Hutniak says:

    Hi BJ,
To be a great trainer, one needs to keep learning, trying new systems, automating some systems, and getting their clients results – and your Workout Muse system does this. I came across the program just recently after having a wonderful chat with Greg Justice, who was really the one who mentioned you and automated fitness system.

My question pertains to Workout Muse and 20:15s, 15:15s and 60:15:10s – and how suitable such a format would be for novice clients? For example, how much modifications to exercises would defeat the purpose of the HIIT through Tabatas?
    Thanks.
    -Sara

  19. Suzie says:

My boot camps run 3 days per week for 4 weeks. Does this system only provide enough workouts for 3 weeks a month? I’m assuming that because it has 3 different workouts (ABC) with 3 different level progressions. So I am thinking that week 1 you do workouts A, B, C on Level 1, week 2 you do workout A,B,C again but now Level 2 (if the client is ready to move up), then week 3 you do A,B,C again but now the goal is to get to Level 3 (if the client is ready). What would I do on week 4?

    Thanks,

    Suzie

  20. Jim Naatz says:

    When can I buy it?

  21. Rob says:

    Hey BJ,

I love Workout Muse and cannot wait for Boot Camp Automator as I am in the process of growing my boot camps and this is going to make it so much easier to teach staff and outsource the workout components of my boot camps.

Are there going to be any “voiceover only” mp3 tracks included? I have had a few campers request specific music at the camps and having just the voiceovers for the timing would be excellent.

  22. Holly says:

I have a total of 4 boot camps. 3 “standard” and 1 “beginner”. I only have a handful of people altogether. Have offered free gift certificates, lead boxes, even human billboard with poor results – however, my current clients LOVE my workouts. I use workout muse, with bodyweight (turbulence training), occasional agility with ladders/cones, etc., and mix in free weights. What’s missing?

Also, pricing is an issue. No one in my area is willing to pay the standard price that I see across the country. Are all of these standard prices for real or are they the advertised price and everyone is actually offering lower prices when all is said and done. Competition is fierce in my area and these people are shopping.
