With regards to kettlebells, what is the difference between a push press and a jerk? Can you do video demo showing the difference? Thanks, Chris

Great stuff. There was a problem with the Jerk because I could not see what was happening with the upperbody, the filming only shot what was happening in Lower body, so I don’t get it completely?
hey Stuart, sorry about the video getting cutoff.
The jerk ends the exact same way as the push press, the only exception is that there is that second dip of the lower body to help assist in the overhead lockout thus allowing for heavier loads than the push press
