Wow! I’ve never seen one leg burpee jumps before, but I’m about to get warmed up and try them right now. Thanks BJ!
they rock Steve… what I love about burpees is that they force you to really explosively pull through your hips when you jump up because you’re coming from a crouched position… I also feel they are probably one of the most important positions to learn how to master for athletic performance

This looks awesome. I love burpee-based workouts (except I hate the name burpee, LOL.) Going to go try this one right now.
That was great. I added a minute of pullups at the end and then did 20 minute of Pose running drills. I”m wiped. Now, off to work. Only a twelve hour shift…. bleh.
